Our Guarantee:

You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours, (3) days of purchase.

If your puppy, in the opinion of the veterinarian, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, We will

provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the

next available litter. If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference.

To make a claim you must return your puppy back to us within (5) five days of purchase at your expense. Also, you will need to provide a signed statement from the veterinarian proving date of examination and an explanation as to why the puppy has a life threatening health risk. The statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinions.

There will be no cash refund on cost of pup, vet bills or shipping charges, any and all deposits are non refundable.

Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered: umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, cherry eye, undescended testicle, under bite or over bite, grade1 or 2 patella’s. There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Loose Hips or Joint problems, Parasites, Cherry eye, Demadex, dandruff.

 

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for a replacement puppy in the case of a genetic defect or Buyer may choose to keep puppy and accept all responsibilities.

 

Note:

 

Seller is not responsible for ANY shipping or transportation costs.

 Viral/Bacterial Infections because there are too many variables as to why some of these problems can occur that are not just heredity induced.

Your Peachy pup has a 12-month limited Warranty. Should your puppy die of birth defects within twelve months of life, Peachy Pups Kennel will provide a replacement puppy of equal value, if one is not available then the buyer has to pay any cost difference. To qualify for this warranty, the pup must have a necropsy preformed at time of death, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian.  This care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian. To make a claim, you must bring a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating cause of death and a copy of ALL of your puppy's health records, from your vet.

If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped.

General Terms and Conditions:

 

Failure to have the puppy examined within 72 hours, (3) three days of purchase, or if she is bred VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES!

(pups are sold are Pet only, not for breeding/showing)

Note: There is no guarantee that this puppy can be shown or bred.

If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must also return all registration papers. Registration papers must be signed, transferring ownership back to Peachy Pups Kennel. Peachy Pups Kennel will not be held responsible for any costs accrued after the sale is final.

Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.
